Joseph Raia is a graduate of Pace University of New York with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, earned in June 1985. He attended the Delaware Law School and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1988. Mr. Raia's legal specialties include Immigration, criminal-immigration matters and criminal defense. He has traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally, representing clients on Immigration related matters, work visas, and alien smuggling cases, as well as civil forfeiture actions.
William Quirk graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2001 with a degree in Political Science, summa cum laude. Mr. Quirk attended Seton Hall University School of Law and graduated in 2004 with a Juris Doctor degree. He then clerked for the Hon. William C. Meehan, Presiding Judge of the Criminal Part in Bergen County in 2004-2005. Mr. Quirk's areas of practice include criminal defense, municipal and traffic court, DWI, and immigration law.
